Tackling mental health with smiley faces

I’ve been involved in and working on HappyMapper, on and off, for many years now. It’s a tool to help people save and remember the good moments in life — whether that’s a place they visited, a special day with someone, or just a small moment that made them smile.
More recently, I felt inspired to finally finish it. I realised it was exactly the kind of tool my girlfriend would enjoy and benefit from — something simple that helps her focus on the positive moments and keep them close. That gave me the push to bring HappyMapper to life properly.
One feature I’m especially excited about is the ability to turn your saved happy moments into a beautiful map or picture. It could show your favourite places from travels, or all the memories shared with someone special — something that makes a meaningful keepsake or even a gift.
HappyMapper is just beginning, but my hope is that it becomes not just a way to hold on to your own happy memories, but also a way to share them with the people who made them special.
